This prestigious doubles event, first played in 2003 has commenced for the 2020 season.
Six teams of regular Wednesday night social players have entered, with Nico & Ed winning the opening match. This team is also one of the favourites to be right up there at finals time. It is a round robin format with the top 2 teams based on sets won playing the final.

A total of 15 matches plus final will be played. It is an on ticketed event, so CTC members are welcome to attend, complying with COVID restrictions.

What a great second night of the championship. There were grunts and moans ,joy and disappointment but overall we were all winners on a freezing cold night. Well done guys for a solid night of tennis.
