As I reflect on the year that has gone past, I feel Christmas came early for Collaroy Tennis Club in 2021 – obtaining an ATP grant, ordering our new LED lights and poles, securing a corporate sponsor in Belle Properties, winning the Tennis NSW Outstanding Club Award, Most Outstanding Club finalist in Australian Tennis Awards and obtaining Council approval for solar panels/batteries being some of the major highlights. It has been through the amazing efforts of the previous and current Committee that these achievements were delivered while managing to play tennis and have fun through a once in a 100-year pandemic!

I would like to thank all the players who braved a challenging 2021. Thank you for not only producing enjoyment on the court, but for showing true loyalty and commitment in making Collaroy Tennis Club one of the best clubs in the Australia.

I want to acknowledge Evolve for successfully running the complex and working with Collaroy Tennis Club. It takes a good partnership to run a successful tennis complex.

As we approach 2022, I feel privileged to have such a professional and hard-working team managing the Club into our 100-anniversary year.
