What a pleasant surprise – After almost two weeks of non-stop rain, we finally got a clear day on Saturday! Many Collaroy Tennis Club members were able to play social tennis, soak up some sun and enjoy the company of other members. We had more 35 players who turned up, young and old(er) – from 11 to 71 years.
Various doubles combinations were played – from ladies, men, mixed and even ladies vs men. Some also played singles matches. Since the courts were dry, the members kept playing till well after 5:00 PM. A good time was had by all!
