Congratulations to Cathy, Lee and Sharon for winning the Tennis Northern Beaches Monday Night Ladies comp (div 5)! They were on top of the TNB competition ladder throughout the entire comp, with the final being played on 5th of June 2023.

“Yes indeed, we had fun and much to our surprise we managed to come through in the final.

It was not without the odd duress! You may have heard that Lee dropped a heavy weight on her foot which caused her some serious grief. In true Collaroy spirit, she soldiered on and dare I say played her heart out. All the teams in our comp were very nice and friendly peeps which made it a fabulously fun term. In addition, the new club merch may have got us over the line . Very Pro!!!”

“Winners are even bigger grinners second time across the finish line in first place position. We are proud to represent Collaroy Tennis Club again and will be braving the winter to keep the momentum and the addition of the Thursday night squad and Saturday social calendar events. Thanks to everyone who plays with us and against us, making us better players and happier humans playing the sport that keeps our sisterhood united.”
