On Saturday 26 July at a special event held in the clubhouse, Collaroy Club President, Vito Cincinnato, was announced as Club Person of the Year for 2024.
An award first conceived by Life Member, Norm Hense decades ago, this honour is bestowed annually on a Club Member who embodies and lives the Club's values of Fun, Friendship, Inclusion and Diversity... someone who plays the game in the true spirit of our sport and is a good ambassador for our great Club.
In the last of his 5 years as Club President, Vito is a worthy recipient of this award. He has led a hard-working and professional committee as the Club has experienced an unprecedented period of success, doubling the membership, initiating many new important programs, supporting our inclusion initiatives and achieving recognition from our governing bodies Tennis NSW and Tennis Australia as well as Sport NSW.

Anna Cosio, who works tirelessly behind the scenes supporting and enhancing work generated by the Committee (and brings the Cocktail vibe to our social events)
Glenn Robertson who has project-managed every physical improvement to the Club over the last 12 months, from the re-surfacing of Court 4 to the repair of the fences behind Courts 5 & 6 and much more. Glenn has also served on the Diversity & Inclusion sub-committee and Is always there to lend a hand at Club events.
Kate Byrne - our hard-working Club Secretary who continues to co-ordinate Thursday Night Ladies Tennis and organise Sunday Social, helps submit teams and find reserves for our involvement in Tennis Northern Beaches competitions and works tirelessly to make all our social events successful.
Kenny Moyle, who's consistent positivity adds to Club Life at every level. Always volunteers enthusiastically to support every Club event and is renowned for donating and making his delicious, signature pizzas on an almost weekly basis.
