From next Monday, 2nd February, there will be no access to the clubhouse for 14 days. Council needs to close it off to conduct repair work on the ceiling caused by birds. While inconvenient, this has to be done. Social and Competition Play will continue as usual. As there'll be no access to the bathrooms, Portaloos will be set up for temporary use. Thanks for your understanding and patience while this necessary maintenance takes place. Keep enjoying your tennis!

On Saturday, 31 January 2026, the Club celebrated the first of its now famous Grand Slam Social Events for 2026, as the AO came to Collaroy. Aussie flags flew proudly throughout the Club and over 40 members registered to play, turning up dressed in their best Green and Gold or other Aussie clobber as we ran a Round Robin across all six courts, swapping doubles partners every 4 games.

In association with Tennis Australia, Collaroy Tennis Club is celebrating our 3rd AO Pride Night in 2026, to help promote inclusion, celebrate diversity and encourage LGBTQ+ participation across Australia. This will be a fantastic Twilight Event, held at the Club from 4.30pm on Thursday January 29 , coinciding with Pride Day and the Glam Slam at the Australian Open. A big thank you to Tennis NSW who hosted members of Collaroy Tennis Club across two separate days at the recent United Cup . We enjoyed fantastic tennis and wonderful hospitality and were lucky enough to see eventual winners Poland in full flight.

Our Men's and Ladies Open Singles Finalsts On Saturday 6 December, it was HOT… and so was the tennis! The temperature was 32C at 11am and tipped to keep rising as the day progressed, so Club Captain Kenny  kept his eye on the thermometer all day to ensure Finals Day would be able to proceed within the parameters of Tennis Australia’s ‘excessive heat rule’… and thankfully, that cooling sea breeze for which Collaroy is so renowned, kept the conditions playable.   The Clubhouse
